Please know that some of the active My Vision Express Cloud user community is experiencing intermittent cloud connectivity issues. Our Cloud team is working to resolve this issue as soon as possible.

We have been experiencing connectivity issues at least since yesterday, 9/23/15.

I'm sorry you've been experiencing issues, Dr. Vidulich. Have you opened a trouble ticket on our Support Central site at support.myvisionexpress.com/? I wasn't able to find a ticket connected to the outage issues you're experiencing.
