We are currently experiencing cloud connectivity issues that are affecting all My Vision Express Cloud users. Our Cloud team is working to resolve this issue as soon as possible. We will keep you updated and advise when connectivity has been restored.
ETA: Our Cloud team has advised that the connectivity issue has been resolved.
