We bought this system interface and have never had much success or consistent usage with it. The concept is great! However the OCR frequently has errors and misplaces the capture fields. It seems to have a very hard time with TN id's. Has anyone had better results, or much success with this setup?

Is it inuvio? Have you tried contacting Inuvio?

I have contacted them and they say everything is working on their end. I guess if it doesn't work, I'm supposed to upload/send it to ivan@myvisionexpress.com for some kind of mapping or post processing that never seems to fix it or make it work with TN or other style id's it doesn't recognize. Any advise is appreciated.

Hi Logan,
When you upload the id's that are not recognize it pushes them to Inuvio, where they have to add that to their recognition database, which usually takes them roughly two weeks. Usually when the Inuvio tool gets loaded updates are check and it would probably contain new definitions regarding different styles that were added to the tool for more consistency. I would check that the Update process is not having issues to make sure the tool is up to date before doing anything else.
